{"id":197,"date":"2026-03-03T19:38:35","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T18:38:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bchs.sk\/?p=197"},"modified":"2026-03-03T19:38:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T18:38:35","slug":"manganove-banictvo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bchs.sk\/?p=197","title":{"rendered":"Mang\u00e1nov\u00e9 ban\u00edctvo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S dob\u00fdvan\u00edm mang\u00e1novej rudy sa najprv za\u010dalo lomov\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom pravdepodobne u\u017e v 18. storo\u010d\u00ed na viacer\u00fdch v\u00fdchodoch mang\u00e1norudn\u00e9ho sloja, odstra\u0148ovan\u00edm skr\u00fdvky, nesk\u00f4r \u00faklonn\u00fdmi chodbami z povrchu (\u00fapadnicami), so zanechan\u00edm ochrann\u00fdch pilierov v skromnom rozsahu. \u0164a\u017eba bola po dlh\u00e9 desa\u0165ro\u010dia r\u00e1dovo nepatrn\u00e1. Povrchovo dob\u00fdvan\u00e1 ruda bola spracov\u00e1van\u00e1 v \u017eeleziar\u0148ach v \u00fadol\u00ed riek Horn\u00e1du, Hnilca, V\u00e1hu a pravdepodobne aj Popradu. A\u017e na prelome 19. a 20. storo\u010dia z d\u00f4vodu vy\u010derpania povrchovo \u0165a\u017eite\u013en\u00fdch z\u00e1sob mang\u00e1novej rudy sa pozvo\u013ene prech\u00e1dza na dob\u00fdvanie hlbinn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mang\u00e1norudn\u00fd sloj v Ki\u0161ovciach spr\u00edstup\u0148ovala hlavn\u00e1 \u00fapadnica dlh\u00e1 750 m, po ktorej zabezpe\u010dovala dopravu bansk\u00fdch vozov pozemn\u00e1 lanovka s nekon\u010den\u00fdm lanom, teraz osadenou v bani na s\u00e1drovec v Novoveskej Hute (Karl\u00edkov\u00fd stroj). V Ki\u0161ovciach sa dob\u00fdvalo pilierovan\u00edm so z\u00e1kladan\u00edm vydobyt\u00fdch priestorov. Vy\u0165a\u017een\u00e1 ruda sa dopravovala lanovkou na vzdialenos\u0165 2,06 km na n\u00e1kladn\u00fa stanicu Ko\u0161isko-Bohuminskej dr\u00e1hy v bl\u00edzkosti \u017eelezni\u010dnej z\u00e1stavky G\u00e1novce do huty vo V\u00edtkoviciach. Vo \u0160v\u00e1bovciach sa dob\u00fdvalo pilierovan\u00edm na z\u00e1val. Ruda sa dopravovala \u0165a\u017en\u00fdm strojom po dvojko\u013eajnej \u00fapadnici dlhej 480 m na povrch a odtia\u013e vysutou lanovkou dlhou 780 m na spolo\u010dn\u00fa \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa vle\u010dku s ba\u0148ou Ki\u0161ovce. V povojnovom obdob\u00ed sa v\u00fdrazne zmenil aj charakter ban\u00edckej pr\u00e1ce pri dob\u00fdvan\u00ed, ke\u010f ru\u010dn\u00e9 nam\u00e1hav\u00e9 nakladanie r\u00fabaniny do bansk\u00fdch voz\u00edkov bolo nahraden\u00e9 \u0161krab\u00e1kov\u00fdmi vr\u00e1tkami a p\u00e1sov\u00fdmi dopravn\u00edkmi ako aj hlu\u010dn\u00e9 nam\u00e1hav\u00e9 v\u0155tanie pneumatick\u00fdmi kladivami, elektrick\u00fdmi omnoho v\u00fdkonnej\u0161\u00edmi rota\u010dn\u00fdmi v\u0155ta\u010dkami typu E158. K tomu taktie\u017e prispela predov\u0161etk\u00fdm aj nov\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia dob\u00fdvania bezz\u00e1kladkov\u00fdm stenovan\u00edm, ktor\u00fa zaviedol Ing. Mikul\u00e1\u0161 Mr\u00e1z. Touto met\u00f3dou sa v tomto \u010dase vy\u0165a\u017eilo 58-66% rudy, k\u00fdm podiel dob\u00fdvan\u00edm chodbou so \u0161irok\u00fdm predkom \u010dinil u\u017e len 17-20% a bezz\u00e1kladkovou dobierkou zbytkov\u00fdch pilierov len 17-22%.
